Oh, I can so relate! I didn't get in an accident, but I too have 2 discs in my neck that compressed and pinched a nerve! I couldn't hardly move at first, then my left arm was at least moving, but my right arm I couldn't use for months, and like you I couldn't lift anything over 5lbs... It's been 5 months now and it's slowly getting better. My son does acupuncture and that has helped a ton! I'm finally getting a MRI in a couple weeks to see exactly what's going on. I'm glad you are doing well now!

I’m a 74 year old man and I learned to cook from my grandmother born in PR in1898. I think your recipe is one of the most authentic ones I’ve seen so far. Today PRs can’t cook without Goya or Sason. When abuelita wanted to cook chicken she went under the house and twisted the neck of one of her chickens. Food is part of our identity and without identity it’s assimilation. Thank you for video.
